Pricing Information and Payment Process
Payment Options:
- Weekly Payments
- Cash: $175.00
- Electronic or Check: $182.00
- Monthly Payments
- Cash: $700.00
- Electronic or Check: $724.50
Payment Deadlines:
- Weekly Payments must be made on Friday of each week without exception. If moving in midweek. rent will be prorated the following week.
- (First week is a full rent payment and the second week will be, “prorated”, reduced by the days not present the first week)
- Monthly Payments must be earned and approved. They must be made on the Monthly Friday due date without exception.
Terms and Conditions:
Late payments may incur additional fees of $15 per day.
Cash payments should be made directly to the House Manager or Owner.
All digital payments will be made through Square Invoicing and have an automatic 3.5% processing fee.
